Our 6-in-1 wooden cube puzzle invites children aged 2.5 years and up to play, puzzle, and marvel. Using nine wooden cubes, kids can create six different animal pictures by turning and rearranging them—from a cheerful flamingo to a lion and an elephant. This way, children discover the colorful animal world again and again and dive into puzzling through play.
With every combination and little experiment, important skills are encouraged: fine motor skills, logical thinking, and concentration. To make turning the cubes easy for small hands, our cubes are extra large (4.5 cm) and designed with safety in mind. Rounded edges and a smooth surface ensure each cube feels pleasant to hold. After playtime, all wooden cubes can be placed neatly on the wooden base—ready for the next wooden cube puzzle adventure.
To help children get started, the included picture cards guide them through through the first steps of this montessori puzzle. Little by little, the images come to life as the cubes are turned and placed correctly in the wooden cube puzzle. This way, children can puzzle independently, enjoy a sense of achievement, and set their own pace—very much in the spirit of a playful Montessori approach.
Our wooden cube puzzle is made from 100% FSC beech wood and was carefully developed in collaboration with educators. The designs are printed directly onto the wood—without stickers or films. We use only saliva-resistant, water-based paints. Tested according to DIN EN 71 and the REACH Regulation, our wooden cube puzzle meets the highest safety standards. We also package our infant puzzle in eco-friendly paper and sturdy cardboard boxes. This makes our wooden puzzles for 2 year olds a wonderful gift for little animal lovers—made for discovering, playing, and learning again and again.
